In the beginning of the year 2006, Culture wheel has shed light on the seriousness of deterioration in The Arabic language level in Egypt & all the Arab countries, and have called the year 2006 "The year of the Arabic language" consequently the culture wheel held many meetings & seminars and gave regular free classes specialized in teaching the rules of the Arabic language for learners , it also produced many of the print layouts which helps the act of approaching the language which has become no more native in its own country.

In the year 2007, our main concern was "The rights", so this year of rights becomes a great chance to get to know these rights in a scientific peaceful way & seek the best means for preserving the & assure its actual & realistic practice away from meaningless slogans.

And now while preparing for the arrival of the year 2008; AL-Sawy Culture Wheel proudly announces that this year-god willing-is going to be the year of minds. And as we felt the Arabic language is in deep need for support which we solely started & will never end, we also felt our need to define & apply the rights before calling for it. We surely know that our main dilemma is that we do not use our minds properly, in the way that achieves the results we are aiming for .Some deceivers drove us to stop thinking through some long-term plans & led us to believe that thinking itself results in physical & mental illness. So the tragic advice to stop thinking was widely spread since then.

Very soon, we will be screaming out loud, calling for the use of our minds in the year 2008 "The year of minds ". In this year we will be dealing with the human brain or mind from several perspectives:
1. Different Brain Functions.
2. Methods of thinking over the ages.
3. Distinctive Innovative philosophers.
4. Brilliant Innovators in the fields of science.
5. Unique creators in the fields of Art.
6. The greatest ideas that changed our lives.
7. The ability to predict the future in a scientific way.
8. Extraordinary intellectual phenomena.
9. Methods of Intelligence Assessment & famous IQ Tests.
10. The relation between intelligence &human behavior.
     (Means of developing intelligence).
11. Mind-stimulating Games (either manual or electronic Games).
12. The human mind Future.

These points are going to be our main concern in the year 2008 –God willing-, where we will be planning for a "Real Mental Revolution" or a "Brain Rebellion" so as not to be banned by the law! One inside the heads or one against the useless mind.

We are in a fast -paced world where there is no longer a place for a lazy mind. We are going to hold Seminars, Make contests & Training Exercises & let our slogan by the beginning of the year be:

"I swear not to stop thinking until the moment I die!".
